Is AI improving productivity or making people lazy?

AI tools are everywhere today — from writing and coding to image creation and research. While many people feel AI boosts productivity, others worry it’s making us overly dependent.
On one hand, AI saves time, automates repetitive tasks, and helps individuals do work that once required teams. On the other, over-reliance on AI may reduce critical thinking, creativity, and real learning.
The real question isn’t whether AI is good or bad — but how we use it.
