Ranger – speed, skill ceiling, and gear checks

The Ranger is shaping up as the class for players who like to live on fast‑forward. With the new bow mechanics and more fluid movement skills, you are barely ever standing still, and in Path of Exile that is half the battle. Her potential damage ceiling looks huge, but there is a catch: she is way more sensitive to gear and player skill than the other two. If you are happy to farm up the right bow, stack the right multipliers, and actually learn boss fights instead of face‑tanking them, she rewards you with insane clear speed and very strong single‑target. If you want to play half‑asleep, though, she will punish you quickly.

Staying flexible while the meta settles
