MANUAL GPRS SETTING OF SPICE MOBILE

Here is manual GPRS setting for Spice mobile , Though it is always suggested to call Customer care of your Telecom Network and ask for automatic Gprs setting to your mobile. But if you are facing problem in Saving Gprs setting , then you can follow the steps give here. 


Here is Manual Gprs setting for Airtel  , If you are using other mobile operator then only APN Address will be changed , other Setting will remain same . To check APN address of all mobile operator in India  - click here


Please Follow these steps to configure your Spice mobile for GPRS


Select Menu
Go to Services
Data Account
Here you will get Account 1 , Account 2....... Account 14 ... and so on


Select Any of them  ... Suppose Select Account 1
Click Edit
Account Name : Airtel (or your operator name)
APN : airtelgprs.com  (It is APN address of Airtel Network - If you are using other mobile operator then refer this link for Indian telecom operators , For other country contact your operators for APN address)
Username : Left Blank
Password: Left Blank
Auth. Type : Normal
Select Done


Now Go to WAP
Setting
Select Sim : Select Sim 1 or Sim 2 (or Master sim or Slave sim) - Whichever You want to use for Gprs
Edit Profile
Select Account Name - Select Profile (Any - profile 1 or profile 2 ....)
Edit Profile
Rename Profile - Airtel (Or Any)
Homepage : http://google.com
Data Account - Select Airtel (Or the Name you have given in Data acoount setting)
Connection type : HTTP
Username : Left Blank
Password : Left Blank
Done


Now Activate your profile and Go back to WAP in Services Option
Select Homepage


Now you can enjoy Internet on your Spice Mobile
